Marcus Bryant July 9 2015 SpeakerMarcus Bryant is a graduate and employee of Charleston Southern University. His current role at CSU is to aid in the facilitation of Christian leadership initiatives for the university.

Previously, Mr. Bryant served as a manager and centralized trainer for a Fortune 500 company. Equipped with a leadership background in business and Christian Higher Education he is able to produce and implement change at all levels of an organization. As a metrics driven extrovert Mr. Bryant has a history of connecting employees to vision and executing on behalf of senior leaders without compromising employee morale.

His passion for diversity and inclusion arose after being in corporate America and realizing the disadvantages he and other minority groups faced. His experience in educating on diversity and inclusion matters span over five years and ranging from panels, conferences, committees, and think tanks.

Mr. Bryant’s professional heartbeat is leadership, strategy implementation, and serving with operational excellence. He is married to his beautiful wife, Brittany, and together they have two beautiful girls, Zion and Zielle.
