Guest Speaker: January 12, 2017
Leaders in both private and public businesses are realizing that they not only can integrate their faith with their work, but that they have a Biblical mandate to use their workplace to reach the world.* At the same time, many business leaders have come to the realization that although they may have a well-crafted Mission Statement and Core Values Statement, often these Core Values are not being driven throughout the entire company.
By definition, Core Values are the very values which we use to influence every decision, at every level, throughout our workplace. His Way at Work will provide an assessment for the leaders and their leadership team to complete prior to the workshop on Thursday, January 12, 2017. This tool and workshop will provide you with the tools and coaching to ensure that your Christian core values become both a way of life, and a way of work, within your organization. Additionally, His Way At Work can provide on-going support coaching and materials for your leadership team to help keep everyone on target, and on task.
