Frank Wells

Frank Wells, a Charleston native, has a passion for serving others in the medical services area of Urgent and Primary Care.

Frank lives on Daniel Island, is Dad to 2 adult daughters and a son in college. Frank volunteers time in the Seacoast Host ministry, the Seacoast Dream Team and serves with WorkPlace Impact, a ministry he helped found for resourcing businesses to make an impact for God’s kingdom through work. He has been on the  LifeWorks Charleston / God In The Workplace board for over a decade.

Emma McKenney’s life truly began in 2019 after being saved by Grace. Since that transformative moment, she has immersed herself in scripture and completed a college degree in computer programming. Emma founded Web Brightly, a website development agency, not only to serve God but also to help people gain online recognition.


To date, her agency has clients across nine states, and she is passionate about integrating her faith into her professional life, eager to continue strengthening her faith alongside her local community. Emma is known for her integrity in the business world, always prioritizing her faith. She actively participates in the Highland Park Baptist Church community.

Anne Obarski

Anne M. Obarski is a professional international speaker and author who works closely with organizations who want to become CONTAGIOUS….on purpose!  Whether it’s working with top level managers or frontline personnel she teaches organizations to consistently deliver remarkable retail customer service experiences that become their defining advantage. 

Her interactive keynotes and workshops help challenge leaders, create more effective sales teams and improve performance at every customer service touchpoint. She is the founder of Merchandise Concepts a speaking and coaching service. Anne works with small to mid-sized businesses and professional associations to offer DISC assessment tools for better hiring and managing results.

Anne believes that customer service isn’t about the transaction, its’ about transforming customer relationships into a contagious experience ….worth spreading.

Robert Gerber is a founding partner in GJS Architecture, LLC, and the principal consultant for Church Growth Services. Robert brings over twenty eight (28) years of experience in project management of ecclesiastical and educational projects.

His passion is assisting clients understanding of their facility needs and greatly enjoys preparing and participating in the Program / Planning sessions that Church Growth Services conducts.
Robert has been a licensed architect since 1987.

Robert Gerber

Dean O'Bryan

Dean O’Bryan was born and raised in Kansas. He met his wife Patty at Kansas State University, where both were involved in campus ministry with The Navigators. It was during that time that Dean grew in his relationship with Christ and gained vision for helping others come to know Christ and grow in Him.

Dean now works with CBMC. Christian Businessmen’s Connection purposes to reach business and professional men where they are and help them become all God designed them to be. CBMC offers forums for young professional men, business owners. They also engage in discipling men and helping men grow, spiritually, relationally, and professionally.

Dean and Patty have been married for 47 years and have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.

David W. Palmer, PhD serves as Dean and Professor of the Hans A. Nielsen College of Business at CSU.

He loves teaching and being part of students’ lives. He feels his biggest opportunity as dean is to facilitate the growth of students and faculty, providing them the opportunity to grow into and expand their careers. Dr. Palmer’s desire is to lead students and faculty to integrate their Christian faith in the business of expanding God’s Kingdom. 

Palmer and his wife, Betty, have one daughter and live in North Charleston. The Palmers attend Seacoast Church where they are part of the KidsCoast Dream Team.

Lenny Pisano

Lenny Pisano, originally from New Jersey, moved to Charleston approximately two years ago to advance his career in commercial real estate.

He currently holds the position of Co-Founder at Nuvo Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring multifamily communities in the Southeast, all with the intention of making a positive impact on the local community. Nuvo’s fundamental principle is captured by the acronym “NUVO,” which stands for “Never Underestimate Valuing Others.”

Over the past couple of years, Lenny has deepened his faith and developed a strong commitment to leading with integrity and engaging with other influential business leaders in the community.

Lenny and his wife, Jessica, reside in Charleston. When he’s not immersed in real estate or actively involved in community organizations like “God in the Workplace” and “LifeWorks,” he enjoys fishing in the local creeks and exploring new restaurants with his wife.
